View AgentsFriendly, very hard working, super efficent team
We purchased a house through this agent and they were absolutely fantastic. Everyone on the team was really friendly and they were my first call whenever I wanted to know what was happening with my house move. We moved from outside of their area and they were key to getting the whole exchange process through, I think the chain would have fallen apart without their expert help. If I was selling, these are the team I would want in my corner and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Always got back to me when they said they would.! Thanks again to all the team at Houses etc at Goole
Thank you very much for your kind words and we do hope you will be very happy in your new property.

GoogleHousesetc is an excellent estate agent and dealt with the sale of our house in a very professional and effecient manner. In fact, through no fault of Housesetc our property had to be put on the market twice but incredibly on both occasions it was sold within a week. In terms of customer care, I have been particularly impressed with their guided house viewings, weekly updates on progress and their willingness to go the extra mile to sort out any hold ups. I would have no hesitation in using Housesetc again should I wish to sell a property because their very hands on approach helps alleviate the anxiety that is often associated with putting your home up for sale.
Thank you Charles, it was a pleasure to work with you. Good luck in your new home.

View AgentsSale and purchase agent
Hi, I used Houses etc. to sell my house and also to purchase a property. I must say every aspect of the service was excellent. Houses etc. persuaded me to use them as my agent beating off some good completion and I'm so glad I choose them. My house was sold in under 24 hours for the price I wanted. This was due to the agent having the right client base to sell my house. I can honestly say I would highly recommend this agent and even at times when I got a little stressed they were easy to talk to and always open to all my questions and queries. I felt as an agent they were always helping me out and working hard for me to get things complete on time. Without doubt 10/10. Excellent service :) Mr Steven Brady
Thank you very much Steve, we hope that you are all settled into your new home and enjoying it. All the very best.
