View AgentsFantastic and friendly couldn't have asked for better
We received great advice and help during the buying process as first time buyers and were made to feel like a friend. David couldn't have been more helpful and really bent over backwards to accommodate us and was constantly available for any questions. I will be recommending Housesetc and would certainly deal with them in the future. Thanks so much for everything you have done.

View AgentsFriendly, very hard working, super efficent team
We purchased a house through this agent and they were absolutely fantastic. Everyone on the team was really friendly and they were my first call whenever I wanted to know what was happening with my house move. We moved from outside of their area and they were key to getting the whole exchange process through, I think the chain would have fallen apart without their expert help. If I was selling, these are the team I would want in my corner and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Always got back to me when they said they would.!
Thanks again to all the team at Houses etc at Goole

View AgentsWish we'd used them.
We didn't use these to sell our house, but we wish we had. They were selling the house we were buying and they were so much better than ours. We tried an online estate agent to save some money. It caused more stress than it was worth. Housesetc were a complete contrast. They were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Would definitely use them should we ever move.

View AgentsProfessional, reliable and honest!
Marie at Houses etc was brilliant from start to finish; she acted as a vendor, solicitor and estate agent in her role to ensure our experience as first time buyers was as stress free as possible!
I can't thank houses etc enough for chasing everything through to ensure we exchanged and completed on our given date!
Thank you!
