We didn't use these to sell our house, but we wish we had. They were selling the house we were buying and they were so much better than ours. We tried an online estate agent to save some money. It caused more stress than it was worth. Housesetc were a complete contrast. They were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Would definitely use them should we ever move.

After my father passed away last year I needed an agent to sell my dad's house with as little stress as possible, housesetc took the stress away carrying out the viewings and sold the property within two weeks of it going on the market. I can't thank everyone enough for all their efforts and will definitely recommend to anyone thinking of selling their property.

I chose Housesetc after reading all about them via social media and word of mouth. Honestly I couldn't have chosen a more efficient outfit. The staff are just brilliant and we're always there to answer any queries I had. I was kept upto date with the progression of the sale on a weekly basis.
