Houses Etc, a big thank you for the honest professional service I received when engaging your services. I found all the staff to be very courteous, proactive and knowledgeable. There was nothing forced about the genuine assistance received. At no time was I put under pressure to force a sale on terms not agreeable. The particular attention directed to reaching a large audience is commendable, with video feature, media feeds etc. Negotiation skills were delicate and articulate. I will not hesitate in recommending your services to colleague's, friends and family.

Served us well

From the start, David gave excellent advise as to what we needed to do. His house information pack on our house was spot on. Photos were good and in the agents window and the description added to our chance of a sale. Sold our house in days. Kept us informed all the way through. and very good value for money. I would recommend them as being very professional especially the ladies who do most of the work.

Professional and hard working Estate agents I have come across!

Throughout a very difficult and stressful house sale, I can honestly say Houses etc were absolutely fantastic in both a friendly way and a professional way. They worked so hard through the transition and we felt they were the only ones doing any work to get the sale complete. We can't thank them enough and we highly recommend them, well done Marie, your a star!! Would definitely use them again. Many thanks Andrew and Jayne Cave

Very professional service offered by Dave, Holly and the rest of the team at Houses Etc from start to finish. Dave was open, honest, down-to-earth and did not approach us with a typical "salesman" attitude. He produced a high quality, personalised sale brochure for our house and took some great photos and Holly was brilliant in keeping us up to date throughout the sales process. Reasonably priced as well. Very happy overall and would recommend to others considering selling their house.

Dave and his team were always quick to respond to any queries. His valuation and description was honest and designed to help get the best price. Very supportive, particularly through lockdown when we needed him to attend to the house more. The conveyancing team, with Amanda, that he has in place to oversee the sale is an added bonus.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

Marie and David were so helpful through the whole process - I was allowed into the property to measure up before the purchase was complete - even at the end they aided in legalities to allow us to make it in for Christmas. ....communication was kept throughout and nothing was to much trouble Would highly recommend.. Thankyou Housesetc you’ve been fab 👍

Fantastic and friendly couldn't have asked for better

We received great advice and help during the buying process as first time buyers and were made to feel like a friend. David couldn't have been more helpful and really bent over backwards to accommodate us and was constantly available for any questions. I will be recommending Housesetc and would certainly deal with them in the future. Thanks so much for everything you have done.

Rebecca was really helpful and helped us every step of the way. The whole process was very fast and we ended up getting sold subject to contract in under a week! I have had some bad experiences with other estate agents but this is by far the best experience I have had so far.

David and his team made the process of selling a property extremely simple. Compared to other companies, David and Houses etc were great to deal with and have a very reasonable and transparent fees structure. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future or recommend to others.
