GoogleVery Professional all the way through the process. They did a brilliant job on the marketing material and photography. Their original valuation was in line with other estate agents yet they did feel they could find a buyer willing to go further and they succeeded in getting us such a buyer, with a final offer well in excess of the asking price. I would use them again and would highly recommend them above any other estate agent in Godalming.

GoogleBed experience as they supported the landlord in charging for damage to a door frame that had split due to the dilapidated condition of the property. The property was extremely tatty and in a poor state of repair the door frame had actually split as it hadn't been painted for years yet the landlord justifies charging in excess of £140 to repair it. The carpets were dirty when it was yet and yet they charged to clean them again at the point of exit, the garden outbuilding was dangerous due to its subsidence and damp was present through out the house.

GoogleDear Nick Lees, I would just like to personally congratulate you and Hugh Ross at Seymours in particular for finding us an appropriate tenant yet again very quickly and at our asking price, we know also that we have a rental property that may present well but it takes certain qualities to attract the right viewings and conduct them well. We would actually go further to say that Hugh has quickly become the best letting agent that we have dealt with from when we put the property on the rental market in 10/ 2010 . Well done Hugh. GoogleWe would highly recommend Seymours. They are letting agents for our flat and their service is excellent. All the staff are friendly, extremely helpful and very efficient. When we had a plumbing problem that required an insurance claim and extensive remedial work to be done, they organised everything- we were able to go away on holiday and they sorted everything. A very professional team!
