Having been established for more than twenty four years, we are an AWARD-WINNING, INDEPENDENT ESTATE AGENT situated in the heart of Godalming with a further network of sixteen local offices in West Surrey and state of the art Property Centre in Park Lane, London (virtually opposite Marble Arch) providing us with direct access to the lucrative London and international investor markets. My partner and I were very impressed by the way that this specific estate agent considers its customers. We were treated with the utmost respect and viewed as human beings in need of a place to live rather than solely and incessantly having to discuss our financial status. Only had one viewing on a property with Kim Brown she showed me round with professionalism and politeness at times that require such qualities . We have just sold a property through Seymours. Without Tom Miles the sale would not have gone through, he went above and beyond what was expected, compensating for the bad service received from the Solicitors. Communication throughout was excellent both via email and telephone. We previously rented the same house via Seymours Lettings and again everything was great.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

After returning from Australia after many years, we rented a property managed by Seymours. In our experience, renting is not normally the nicest of experiences, but the Seymours team made it a very pleasant one. They are incredibly professional, solve any issues quickly and are quite simply one of the best rental agencies I have come across. Highly recommended
