GoogleAndy Crossley at Seymour’s was very good to deal with when buying our house in a horribly competitive market. He seemed genuinely keen to help, there was a lot of back and forth with the sellers and he kept things moving. He definitely had to work hard to make it happen and he made a stressful process that bit easier. We’ve concluded we’re never moving again, but if we do, we’d certainly consider using Seymour’s.

GoogleI know that estate agents often have a bad reputation and I also know that online reviews often need to be taken with a pinch of salt however I cannot overstate how wonderful the team is at Seymours in Godalming. They are a really great bunch and in particular, Lynne Stedman, who was incredibly helpful and supportive to us when we really needed it most. GoogleSeymours sold my buy to let flat, they arranged a good number of viewings and were instrumental in the sale going through. The sale got stuck with lawyers and there were other issues. They were extremely proactive and responsive, including speaking to lawyers and mortgage brokers regularly and ironing out issues. Andy really did exceed our expectations, going above and beyond. As a landlord I just know that everything is going to be taken care of - efficiently, professionally and always with a reassuring word at the end of the phone.
