GoogleWe bought our first home via John wadsworth back in May. Throughout the process John and his wife kept us updated and even helped us chase up our useless solicitor. John ensured our solicitor was keeping up with letters from the sellers solicitor and helped us push our exchange and completion date forward in order to complete before our holiday. We even received a bottle of bubbly when collecting our keys which was just a nice extra touch. When we finally decide to move again we will definitely be getting back in touch with John wadsworth estate agents.

FacebookAs Chairman of Rowledge Cricket Club for the last 5 years Burns & Webber have been our main club sponsor. They have always supported us from the smallest of things to helping us get new expensive purchases for the club. They are always trying to find ways to make things happen within the club and thinking outside the box so to speak. i cannot thank them enough for their continued support and without their support we would struggle to get things done off the field. Their attention to detail and ability to get things done is impressive. John works tirelessly to get all parties within the chain aligned, especially important when there are a few bumps on the road. It was John's tenacity that kept the sale and the other agents in the chain on track. The service did not stop at completion - John has excellent local knowledge and has recommended a number of professional trades people who have proven invaluable. GoogleReally lovely. Feels like your in the middle of the Dales but less than 10 minutes walk from everything you need. Amazing spaces in the house and loved having tea (and glass of wine!) on the Beck. Comfortable beds, cosy. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you need including coffee machine and soup maker!
