John, Amanda and Lara sold my late mother's house, a sale which was made more complex by a bereavement in the family during the sales process. The viewings and sales process was handled very sensitively during a difficult time. The team were all fully in the loop and acted proactively with other professionals to ensure the sale completed without avoidable holdups.
Their contacts for house clearance and electrical work were also excellent: they turned up when they said they would, did their jobs and charged what they quoted, something which we do not take for granted.
I would be very happy to use John Wadsworth again.

GoogleI haven't seen the photographs yet and this is part of the problem. The photographs may be good, but the photographer seemed to lack enthusiasm, was rather taciturn and uncommunicative.
The main problem is that the photos were taken on May 18th and still today (May 31st) they are not on the website for my holiday cottage. At peak booking time this is most frustrating.
I could have employed my own photographer locally and got this sorted in a few days
