Godalming is a historic market town offering a wonderful mix of character cottages, period townhouses, and spacious family homes, as well as prestigious properties in sought-after locations such as Busbridge and Charterhouse. The town’s thriving property market attracts families, professionals, and investors looking for a balance of countryside charm and modern convenience. Families are drawn to the area for its excellent schools, including the renowned Charterhouse School, as well as Godalming College and several highly rated primary schools. With its picturesque streets, independent shops, and beautiful riverside walks along the River Wey, Godalming is a truly desirable place to call home.
