GoogleI sent a website enquiry and was contacted literally immediately and an appointment made the next day. The following morning I had the energy survey done, a walk through video and all details and photographs taken. One day later the viewings commenced ... after 3 days of viewings, which were all hosted by Lara, I had several full price offers. Lara personally checked every offer out thoroughly establishing who had a chain and what positions everyone was in. This was all 4 days before Christmas during a pandemic. Windows and internal doors were left open and Lara sanitised every surface touched. I would not hesitate to recommend this local, family run business of 25 years to anyone hoping to sell their home. John, Amanda and Lara are quite frankly a brilliant team who have kept me informed throughout the whole legal process. I complete 8 weeks later .... thank you Team Wadsworth.

Google17 years ago we bought our house from John and this month we sold our home with John & his family team. We were very happy with the communication right from the start. We received emails confirming viewings and follow up calls with feedback from Amanda. Lara did a great job on the visuals to make sure we got our property marketed to its potential, including coming back to retake some shots when the weather was better. The pricing was spot on (unlike another Estate Agent who recommended we put the house on the market significantly lower and who made a point that they sold properties quickly .. well of course they would !). We were also very happy with the way John kept us up to date on the whole exchange & completion part of the process, he was in touch with the buyers and our solicitors regularly. THANK YOU!

GoogleOne star shouldn't even be aloud. The company are very happy to allow Gazumping after written acceptance and a survey. Would never recommend.
One of the most awkward and uncomfortable things we ever have to do as agents acting on behalf of our seller is to explain to a purchaser that a further higher offer has been presented from a previously un-proceedable viewer. We would all have loved you to have continued to be the buyer of this house, but sadly it was to impossible to achieve this under the circumstances. We all wish you the very best for the future.
