GoogleJan 2022 sale in Godalming; can't rate Joanne and team highly enough. We gave them late notice to go to market and they reacted instantly and found an over asking price buyer in two days. Offer to completion in 8 weeks, needless to say we were totally delighted. Thoroughly recommended.

GoogleThe responses are too slow from the stage of booking the viewing, It has been 5 days since I have been trying to reach out but still I have no viewing booked The person responding on Whatsapp take a day to reply to your text and would disappear again. Very frustrating service.

GoogleWe can now say we have used the services of John Wadsworth Estate agents for selling (and buying albeit about 20 years ago). Our personal experience is one of great professionalism, diplomacy, genuinely nice people to deal with. As with many properties i'm sure, we had a couple of issues that came along with the sale of our property. These were dealt with by Lara, John and Amanda with ease. The attentiveness is something that sticks in my mind, always kept up to speed with any movement, however small it may be. To me that's important, good communication is key. Thankyou John, Amanda and Lara great work.
