GoogleA really seamless and friendly service throughout. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ellouise who was both incredibly friendly and extremely helpful in answering all my questions as well as very efficient in responding. The team as a whole were very friendly and welcoming and I’d highly recommend especially to first time renters.

GoogleWould like to give zero star if system allows me. We meant to move in on Friday and received a phone call 96 hours (within same week) before saying we can no longer move in to the flat as the roof was leaking and need a dehumidifier for two weeks before they can send anyone to fix the issue. No replacement accommodation was offered and said they can refund our deposit (which is disgusting leaving us homeless). I then tried to look for another flat on the website again as I can’t afford to wait for another referencing done by other letting agent. Staff are of lies and one staff said have 10 viewings on the second flat on bank holiday Monday and later in the afternoon another staff saying they have 15 viewings!!!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Hello Wendy, Whilst I do appreciate the frustration this matter will have caused, I do believe it is fair to say that the unfortunate situation with the property, which made it inhabitable, was outside of the control of a letting agent and you were notified as soon as the matter was known to the local team. It would not have been possible for our local team to have chosen for you replacement accommodation as you would need to select this yourself, ensuring you are happy, prior to any application being made to the landlord. Bank holidays are very busy periods for viewings, with most people being of work and the numbers of people looking to move is very high currently. Whilst you may choose not to believe the advise given to you around viewings numbers, I do believe it is unfair to leave such comments about our local team without being in full knowledge of the facts. GoogleAfter meeting with Sophie only once after a viewing, we immediately felt at ease and full of confidence that RA BENNETTS were the right estate agent to help sell our home and purchase our next property, after our previous sale falling through. From the beginning their service was incredible and faultless and the manager Kristina, got the ball rolling the following day after our enquiry. We were kept in the loop with every move, weekly check ins and updates ensuring a smooth process between all parties involved. Sophie worked endlessly to find us a buyer, pushing to hit agreed deadlines yet still allowing us to have a stress free sale/purchase experience. GoogleWe were really impressed with R A Bennett. When we decided to sell our house we had a few estate agents come and quote our house, we were immediately blown away by their passion and extensive knowledge of the area. We have been looked after by Kristina and Sophie throughout our sale. They have been extremely professional, helpful and caring throughout. We really appreciated being able to contact them and ask any questions big or small! We would recommend using these guys for selling your property.

GoogleSophie Harkness did an incredible job with her presentation and the amount of effort that was employed. Her customer skills were superb and should be applauded for that. Trying to find a place during the Covid world we are experiencing is not easy especially when you are overseas and can not actually visit the place.She was punctual ,attentive and courteous.Her company are incredibly lucky to have someone with that much enthusiasm and professionalism. worst experience ever i had .Dont believe the letting negotiators word they are lying , different negotiators are telling different things , they have no policies basically they only focus on how to lute money from customer pockets, according to their mood they will charge different amounts They are charging more rent in stratford than other letting agents and giving poor service including property maintaince, if anybody occupying their property should notice and take photographs of any damage or colour change before inn,when we are moving TDS complaint they will provide manipulated invoice so be careful ,
