I've been a customer of R A Bennett for nearly 12 years for their fully managed letting service of my rental property. Throughout the time I have been with them I have always received an extremely efficient and professional service from Ellouise, India and the rest of the team at the Cheltenham branch Recently during my change of tenancy, Ellouise was very proactive and immediately scheduled viewings. Within a week viewings had been taking place, the various tenants backgrounds and feedback discussed and a tenant then selected to move in. The whole team are very good at helping guide you through the process, provide their own recommendations, are very pleasant to deal with and come highly recommended.

Sophie and Oliver did a great job at selling my house in town. They pitched the sale at the perfect price and targeted the right prospective buyers. I had 13 offers on my house, which Sophie vetted and gave me a report on. There was no pressure put on me to go with their "known" buyers. It took approx 3 1/2 months from the agent"s initial viewing to sale completion. My only criticism of the branch would be that there needs to be someone always available to pick up the phone. Anything house related is stressful and voicemail adds to frustration. Emails were usually responded to within 24h. All in all a great service and a better experience than with previous house sales. I cannot recommend R A Bennett enough, due in large part to the wonderful Sophie. If you are looking to sell your property, go see her (and the rest of the amazing team) at once. From the moment she first came to see my place, throughout the sales process, and even just after completion she was supportive, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and unfailingly kind. She even put me in touch with an estate agent in the area I was moving to when I said that house hunting was proving tricky. I can't fault R A Bennetts Broadway we have received a super professional, polite and excellent service from the team. We originally went on with an online agent, big mistake. After having met Amelia at Bennetts and giving her a run for her money with questions as to why should we engage you, we were highly satisfied with all her answers and have been absolutely delighted and reassured as to the support the whole team provide. Straight talk and a passion for selling dedicated to the buyer. This team are on it, did all my viewings and maintained a highly professional calm approach. Joe was great with viewings, friendly, professional, cheerful and provided regular weekly feedback to us on how our property was doing and made suggestions for keeping it fresh. Always obliging. And finally Emily has been brilliant in conducting the viewings also, calm and professional at all times, Emily has facilitated getting us over the final hurdle from the initial offer, to keeping us efficiently informed every step of the way and being the liaison between us, the buyer and the solicitors without delay. Tried ringing the Stratford branch and left multiple voicemails never got back to us. Rang another branch who we then booked a viewing for a property on Saturday 7th March at 12:15. We waited & no one showed up. Tried calling but could not get through. Have gone to find the property to make sure we were in the right place to then discover it has actually sold. Not sure why we had been booked in for a viewing or was not told that the property had been sold so the viewing was cancelled. Not the best customer service & would not recommend using them.

Trying to complete on a house purchase in the dying days of the stamp duty holiday was I think, for everyone involved, an absolute nightmare! We were endlessly reassured to have Kristina on our side - going in to bat for us with unreachable solicitors, lying estate agents (at bigger Cheltenham estate agents than RA Bennet) and a chain that became complicated. The team is professional, friendly and adaptable - which in an industry that often seems at best haphazard and at worst manipulative, is such a win from them. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kristina and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Buying a property from the other side of the world (Sydney, Australia) in 6 weeks was always going to be challenging, add Covid lockdowns in the UK, and taxes for overseas investors increasing from 1st April and it seemed like it might not happen by 31 March. But it did! And in no small measure to the irrepressible Sophie Harkness and her equally talented colleague Ellie Ferris. Both ladies went the extra mile to provide pictures and videos of the property, and dealt with the 11 hour time difference ensuring that queries were turned around quickly and I always felt supported. Sophie is always positive, responsive and drives things forward. As Ellie takes over from a Lettings perspective she is getting through the work to prepare the property and find the right tenant. Currently viewing a lot of properties. Appointment to view a property with R A Bennett. Met punctually with a warm welcome by Trainee negotiator Maya from the Dursley office. Maya handed me a set of particulars (the only negotiator to have details ready to give to me on viewing from the 4 properties that I had viewed that week with other agents). Big plus. All questions that I asked were either answered from notes at hand or written down for the information to be relayed to me later. The appointment was unhurried. A few key features highlighted without being too verbose or over the top. That evening I received an email with clear answers to questions that I had asked such as general running costs, who owned and was responsible for which boundary. Excellent service and a diligent member of staff.

From valuation to constant communication and updates during the whole sale process, I simply can not fault them in any way; I could not have any higher recommendation for these two ladies. The fact that I sold my second property through them after two months of selling my first one shows their expertise and professionalism - a genuine pleasure to do business with. And they managed to sell both properties on their first day of viewings by having a network of clients and understanding of their needs - and Kristina valued my one property and 11% higher than another local agent and it still sold at full price.
