GoogleThomas&Thomas were incredibly welcoming and each member of the team made us feel welcomed into the office when ever we visited. Throughout the sale process there was a clear lead in Sam but the entire team chipped in including the Director, Dan, which made us feel valued during an already exciting journey! It was clear they had also built a great relationship with the current owners to during their sale process. A genuine 10/10, a great team.

FacebookCannot think Selina and her team enough! Me, my partner and our daughter were looking for our first family home together and thanks to Selina and the team, they made that dream come true! Absolutely amazing staff throughout and will definitely be recommending to friends and family! Thank you to you all once again!xx

GoogleHighly recommend as an estate agent. Good selection of properties in a range of budgets all over the local area. Communication was regular and efficient. Agents are always prompt to viewings. We had no annoying calls once we expressed disinterest in a property and very seldom emails, which appear to have been carefully curated to our preferences and tastes.

GoogleFrom the moment we contacted Thomas and Thomas, we knew they were the agent for us. Dan and Casey have been excellent throughout this difficult process of selling our father's house after he sadly passed away. They have been helpful, professional and responsive. I would highly recommend.

GoogleDan, Sam, Casey and the rest of the team worked relentlessly on what was a very difficult chain to keep moving due to issues outside all of our control. They kept the momentum up and kept us updated at every step. They were constantly reassuring us which we really needed in a hugely stressful situation. We can’t thank you enough for your help through possibly one of the hardest moves we’ve all experienced! 100% recommendation from us and we will definitely use you in the future :)PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleThe lettings team have been exceptional in terms of: General friendliness reduced our anxiety with making our move from Aberdeen to Gloucester, from the initial viewing to signing the tenancy. Clarity of information regarding the tenancy. Very helpful and polite with every phone call we made, regarding queries about filling out forms etc. Communication between ourselves and the landlord. When we went in to the office to collect our keys the team were so friendly and warm, they made us feel welcome. We would definitely recommend the team to friends and family.

GoogleThe personal service and continued communication from all at Thomas and Thomas was excellent from start to finish. Initially I was considering renting and was provided with all info and not pushed into anything, I then considered selling and again very similar service and a personable approach to this too. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a strong professional service where communication and personal service that's centred to customer needs is based on their values.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThomas and Thomas were absolutely brilliant at helping let out our property. They conducted thorough searches of all of our potential tenants and kept us extremely informed throughout the process. They were very accommodating as we had to wait for a house sale to go through before we could put the house on the market to let, and were always on the other end of the phone or an email if we needed them. We’ve now been renting out our house for seven months and they consistently deliver outstanding customer service and keep us informed at every opportunity. I couldn’t recommend Thomas and Thomas enough to potential landlords.

GoogleI’ve known the Thomas and Thomas Team for a long time and these guys will certainly make selling, renting or buying a house as simple and as straight forward as it can be. They are specialists in their field and will go the extra mile for their customer. Forget the rest and try the best now as they have sold and rented houses where others in Gloucester and Cheltenham have not been able to.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleExcellent experience with Thomas and Thomas, every single interaction with them was professional and courteous; they helped chase my buyers solicitors and were always prompt in responding to any calls, emails and general enquiries. Libby in particular was fantastic throughout the process, keeping me informed of updates from my buyers proactively.

GoogleDaniel, Sam, Libby, Casey and the rest of the team were very supportive as our selling and buying of property was very stressful and complex but still managed to complete the process at the very last minute. Very efficient and supportive team and would highly recommend them. Many thanks for the wonderful effort. Best wishes to the entire team.👏🏻😄😁🎊🎉

GoogleFor 7 years the team managed a flat that I let out. For this they truly were exceptional and never missed a month... had 4 tenants in that time. In Feb 2021 I sold my the flat and again I truly couldn't have ever asked for more. Throught out the whole process they were excellent. I would never hesitate to recommend them or again use them if I had anything they could facilitate for me.
