To date, Thomas & Thomas have been an excellent estate agent for us. From the very beginning, they have consistently impressed us. The marketing process was quick and straightforward, generating plenty of suitable interest. The tenancy agreement and overall set-up were handled smoothly and stress-free. Selena has always been readily available to work alongside us and the tenants whenever maintenance has been required, ensuring everything is dealt with efficiently. Communication with the team has been outstanding, which has made our partnership both easy and successful. We would highly recommend Thomas & Thomas to anyone looking for estate agent services in the Gloucestershire area.

I found Thomas and Thomas Property by chance when the letting agent I had engaged sold his business to them. I was initially cautious as I had not been informed of the handover. However, from the very start, I have been delighted by the professionalism, dedication to providing an excellent service and highly personable approach of Thomas and Thomas. I cannot fault them. In addition to the excellent service , they have honoured all the price agreements I had with the initial letting agent. All staff I gave engaged with have been first rate. Most of my dealings have been with Selina and Kelly. Over the last year, I have enjoyed very professional help and advice from Thomas & Thomas. They are always prompt answering my queries and keep me informed on the status of any issues. They also pay me the rent from my tenants, on the day they receive it. Kelly has been particularly helpful throughout.

I sold my property through Thomas & Thomas in the midst of a pandemic and could not be happier with the service provided. Dan was extremely knowledgable on the type of property, area and how best to market our flat and it was on Rightmove and the website within 12 hours of our initial conversation. We were extremely impressed with the photos taken & social media marketing which we really believe gave us the edge when attracting potential buyers - we had almost immediate interest and had an offer quickly! I must be honest with this review. The process of securing my first flat after Uni was hard and difficult. Plenty of paper work but all through the process, Casey was brilliant and guided me through it all. Jess is great and always ready to assist anytime. I have enjoyed my time with Selina’s letting and highly recommend them. They are professional, honest, caring and great bunch of people. We recently viewed a property on behalf of a disabled person who was unable to attend the viewing. Selina showed us around and as I was taking photos of the property, informed me that there is a virtual tour that I could share with the tenant. This enabled them to make an informed choice and feel part of the viewing, despite being unable to attend. Selina was very empathetic and liaised with the landlord to explain about the persons needs and specific situation. She managed to put everyone at ease and went over and above to accommodate, including organising an out of our visit. The communication throughout the process was exceptional. I went into the office to collect the keys and the whole atmosphere, friendliness of the team and welcoming environment shone out above all other estate agents that we deal with. Thomas and Thomas have clearly raised the benchmark in the property rental sector and we hope to use them again for all future housing needs in the local area.

Thomas and Thomas are an outstanding company that have made an extremely difficult and stressful sale far more bearable. After 19 months, two collapsed chains and three buyers we have finally completed and we would not have got there without the sheer determination, commitment and hard work of Daniel, Selina and the team. Nothing was too much trouble and both Daniel and Selina were always one step ahead, going out of their way to continually chase estate agents, solicitors and buyers. Their knowledge of the industry is second to none and even though they are always so busy, it always felt like we were their only clients, as their commitment to getting our sale over the line always felt like a priority to them. I can’t thank them enough for their hard work and expertise, we couldn’t have got there without them, and they definitely kept us sane throughout an extremely challenging period of time. On a personal level, everyone at Thomas and Thomas is so lovely and makes you feel so welcome, the business really does have a family feel which is so important when dealing with such a personal, and for us, stressful process. Rented a property from Selina for 3 years. Process was easy at the beginning and any issues during my tenancy were always dealt with so quickly, professionally and with a friendly manner. When I left the property , the independent inventory company inspection noted it needed £100 worth of cleaning, Selina inspected following it and emailed me personally wasn’t necessary and thanked me for being a good tenant.
