GoogleAs first time buyers we were unsure on how to do ANYTHING in terms of moving. The Thomas & Thomas team and especially Libby were extreamly efficiant and patient with our questions and guided us through the process. Would reccomend to anyone moving in the Gloucestershire areas.

GoogleHaving been with a competitor agent for many years before luckily finding Selina's Lettings I can only say that the difference between the 2 agents is polar extreme. My property has been managed by Selina for over 5 years now and I have always been supremely satisfied with the service by Selina and all members of her team. I would not hesitate in recommending them to any landlord in the area and will continue to employ them for years to come.Casey in particular is always efficient and friendly, sorting out day to day issues with the tenant. Selina is always pro-active and pragmatic, managing to fairly balance my issues as landlord with those of the tenant. The most recent sale was December 2019 and Daniel was brilliant. He was extremely professional and very hands on, arranged and completing all of the viewings and he sold our property within 48 hours!! FacebookEfficient, professional & extremely knowledgable. I sold my property through Thomas & Thomas in the midst of a pandemic and could not be happier with the service provided. Daniel was extremely knowledgable on the type of property, area and how best to market our flat and it was on Rightmove and the website within 12 hours of our initial conversation. We were extremely impressed with the photos taken & social media marketing which we really believe gave us the edge when attracting potential buyers - we had almost immediate interest and had an offer quickly! Could not recommend Thomas & Thomas more, their efficiency, professionalism & friendly manner made the whole process as smooth and as stress free as possible. Thanks so much!

GoogleWhen we viewed our home and fell in love with it, we were concerned that we would be pipped at the post by someone who had already sold their home. Thomas and Thomas quickly put our home on the market and lined up several viewings for us within a matter of days and we were very fortunate to receive an offer from those viewings! Waiting for a completion date to move is a particularly stressful event especially with a young family, however we were consistently reassured by the team at Thomas and Thomas and we were very appreciative of their updates and commitment. We are now in our new home and wouldn’t be here without Thomas and Thomas helping us through this process.

GoogleI wanted to view a property,it took a week to do this .The Director at Gloucester was not very forthcoming with the general and Chain related details about the property.
Graham I think you have forgotten that you made an offer on the day to which I then made the vendors onward position crystal clear to be both honest and transparent. So honest in fact that you then retracted your offer! You had to wait a week to view because it suited the vendor who lived in the property, not us and the 6 other people who viewed that day understood this. You are the only one who has taken the time to leave my company such a negative and unreasonable review for something that is not our fault! You can’t be more honest when the information provided to you makes you retract your offer! Daniel Thomas

GoogleThomas & Thomas was the property agent of the house we were buying, not the one we were selling. Even though they were not our agent, we had more communication from them than our own agent during the process. We found Libby very helpful with all our queries and she always made sure we were kept in the loop. For this we are very grateful and if we ever want to sell our home we will definitely go with Thomas & Thomas.
