This was a truly exceptional piece of work in very trying circumstances. We were selling my late Dad's house and had struggled to get any interest for 9 months before Daniel advised us how to market it effectively, took our instructions, and found us a buyer within 48 hours. He had to deal with a bereaved family and the additional challenges of pandemic restrictions, but he handled it all with enthusiasm and empathy.
