This was my first time using an agent to find a new tenant. I canvassed the majority of agents in the local prior to using James Schofield at Michael Tucks estate agents. I chose to use James at Michael Tucks based upon his comprehensive knowledge of the letting market, his attention to detail and his positive manner. In addition to James it would be remiss of me not to equally feedback on the excellent service, advice, and professionalism of Kurt, Heather and the letting team. Throughout the entire process the communication has been excellent. The service provided by the team was excellent irrespective of weekends or week days. We felt completely supported throughout the process even though I have been a residential landlord for in excess of ten years. The fees charged were very good offering better value than the excessive fees other agents wanted to charge. Plus a number of the other agents did not demonstrate the level of knowledge, understanding and service which James and Kurt provided. Right from the start Chloe and Vicky were brilliant at the viewings, and always followed up any questions we asked with an email after they’d checked with the vendors. The offer process was quick and easy, with Tony offering advice and liaising between us and the vendors. During the legal stage Tony kept us informed of all developments and kept us in the loop. From the moment I first spoke to Chloe to arrange a viewing on a property, Micheal Tucks service has been incredible! We told Chloe we had not even thought about getting our house valued at the time but saw this property and really wanted to view it. Chloe did not once pressurise us into valuing our house with them and genuinely just wanted to show us this property. Once we knew we loved it, we booked in a valuation with Chloe on our house.
