GoogleI have just bought my first house using Michael Tuck and they were brilliant by the far the best estate agents we dealt with in our time looking at houses. Specifically Charlie who helped us throughout the process from showing us around our new home and being able to answer every question we had about the property, which we found is surprisingly rare with estate agents these days. To ensuring everything went through quickly and smoothly with clear lines of communication preventing any major hold ups. Resulting in us completing for our first home in only 2 months from viewing the property couldn't be happier with our experience.

It was clear and timely and I was never made to feel like a nuisance when I questioned things. I am truly grateful for all their hard work. They have all been fantastic. Whole process was smooth from start to finish, James and the team were incredibly helpful, no question was ever too much hassle for them to get the answer for! If it hadn’t have been for Heather at Michael Tucks I honestly don’t know how things would have ended for myself and my little boy, Heather has been instrumental with us being able to stay in our home. Google5 stars isn't enough. My partner is 7 months pregnant and we have a big old dog so finding somewhere to rent with the application process has been hell but we were lucky to find Michael Tuck. They have been golden!! A huge shout for James Schofield who has gone with us through the whole process. Very nice down to earth friendly guy who has communicated and supported us from start to finish and got us into a lovely 2 bedroom property. Got the keys today and can't wait to get started on our next chapter. Thank you James and thank you Michael Tuck Lettings.

GoogleI was honestly giving up hope of finding a place to rent for me and my partner with everything we needed, michael tuck was out last hope and we where put in James care, we didn’t get the first property we applied for but James worked tirelessly to help us find our perfect place and he managed to do just that, during the application process James was always at the end of the phone to answer one of my 10000 questions weather it was one time a day or 5 couldn’t recommend enough 😁 also a thank you to heather and Kurt for being there to help when James was out of office
