As first time buyers we didn’t know a lot about buying our first home but Michael tuck put us at ease and didn’t put any pressure on us while looking for our first home. They have gone the extra mile to answer any of our queries or worries. All the team are fabulous but I would like to mention Charlie who has kept amazing contact with us throughout and extremely friendly and professional. Also Chloe who helped my partner plan our engagement in our first home and has been so supportive through the sale. No other estate agents have matched up to what they’ve done for us and I would 100% use them in future.

GoogleWe went to Michael Tuck's in Abbeymead looking to rent for 12 months after our home was badly damaged by burst pipes.
They had an apartment just up for rent, they took us to see it straight away, we thought it would suit us fine so we went ahead with the contract. What a lovely team they are. They have been so sympathetic & helpful to us from the start. We are 81 & 88 years old & not very good on the computer. We have been back to see them a few times with emails & letters we didn't really understand. They have made us tea & helped us every time. Nothing is too much trouble. Well done team, you really are the tops.

Chloe, Charlie, Tony and the rest of the team have all been a great help with the whole process of advertising and selling our house, right through to exchange of contract and completion! They were always friendly and approachable, willing to help anytime.
As expected, some of the solicitors in the chain were tricky to get a hold of; the team at Michael Tuck were constantly on their case, chasing for updates. This gave us confidence that, collectively, we were doing everything we could to progress documents, proposed move dates and exchange of contracts at the earliest opportunity. It's probably quite obvious but we would recommend them to others!
