Googlefriendly, accessible and diligent staff... until you sign and then on some of the worst customer service I have encountered. Very unprofessional, rude and borderline negligent to tenants. Maybe the "clients" are the landlords but still no excuse to exploit tenants and avoid doing your job as real estate agents.

GoogleMy experience as a tenant with Belvoir has been extremely positive, I can find no criticism of the service they provide, they have maintained an open, straightforward and honest communication at all times, while being extremely fair and balanced in all my dealings with them, they have always been friendly and approachable yet professional throughout my tenancy, I would and do often recommend Belvoir as a letting agent.
