GoogleAs a tenant, they have been very helpful in the way they respond to any needs/requirements you have. I left my keys at work and Anthony drove out, let me in after working hours, offered to leave the spare keys so that I could get in and out until I could retrieve mine

GooglePut our house on the market with a different agent, received 2 letters from Belvoir practically begging us to change agents to them. It comes across very desperate and not a good look.

GoogleHave been renting for the past 6 years with belvoir, any problems I've ever had they've sorted quickly and there hasnt been many which is also a good thing :) Anything I've needed to know they make sure I'm aware in plenty of time. Very happy Tennant :) Marie x

GoogleVery slow to respond, even slower if you need repairs. Left without working washer/dryer for weeks and similar for light fittings not working. Staff were rude and would never use this service again.

GoogleMyself and my wife found a property to let through Belvoir and have been happy with the property. All maintenance are issues solved If Lucy from Belvoir is dealing with you your in good hands. She accompanied us from since viewing until handling the keys always happy to help.

Direct reviewsGeorgia provided an excellent service when I got in touch with her with an issue with one of the properties she has been managing. She was really prompt in responding to my request and quickly spoke with the tenants and owner to understand the situation. She then immediately sent in a contractor to rectify the issue at the property. Really great and prompt service from her despite not directly being Belvoir's client.

Direct reviewsEach time I contact Belvoir the staff are very helpful and kind , they aways respond to emails quickly and make sure they do every thing that I ask of them , they have let my two properties out for me each time they become empty, very efficient (for about 5 years now ) and I wouldn't go any where else , thank you Belvoir team
