Direct reviewsBelvoir manage my 5 bed house in Gloucester, I've used them for about 18 months having moved from another agent in Gloucester who were spectacularly bad! I've found Lucy, and Antony to be helpful, quick at responding and knowledgeable about the legislation around both HMO's and the local rental market. Key for me is that the tenants also can get hold of them. Their management fee structure is transparent and and easy to understand without lots of extra add ons. Would recommend if you are a landlord.

Unfortunately (through no fault of her own) the conveyance process was quite difficult throughout; Stefanie worked hard to ensure that progress was made throughout and kept me up to date with the transaction.
I've not doubt that without her hard work liaising with the vendors and their solicitors on my behalf that the transaction would not have completed.
