GoogleI bought a flat marketed by Belvoir and I have nothing but praise for the way everything was handled. Stefanie really went above and beyond in dealing with what was anything but a straightforward sale. She was attentive to my concerns as legal complications delayed progress and kept me informed and reassured throughout. This attentiveness and professionalism lasted to the very end when she stayed late to finally hand over the keys to a very happy buyer. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the services of Belvoir.

Leo kept up communication between all parties and made sure our purchase progressed to completion as smoothly as possible. GoogleHonestly, I have read the review of the Belvoir then only contacted them for the property. I have viewed the property and filled the application form. When i took follow up, one of the member said on the phone call that they have sent my application to the landlord, and when i called it back after 5 hours, person who showed me the property she said property is gone to another person and said she didn't receive my application/*interest* at all. As far as I know she was well much aware about how much I was interested. Then why at the first place belvoir mentioned about the application has been sent to landlord, if they haven't received my detail. Its their job to get the detail for the person who was ready to book property at the same time. Worst worst time i have ever had with the Belvoir !!!!! They have made partial choice just because I was an international.
Isha, We are sorry to see your feedback but feel it is unjust and unfounded. Having reviewed the phone calls with yourself and the team, we let you know in the repeated phone calls you made to the office that your application form would not be sent to the Landlord until you had viewed the property. Once the viewings had taken place the Landlord was notified of all the interested parties and unfortunately they chose an alternative tenant. I can confirm that a partial choice was not made, which can be heavily evidenced by the volume of international tenants we have found properties for over the years.

GoogleWhen I wanted to sell my property I chose a few estate agents to come and give me an estimate of what it could sell for. Some of them seemed very unenthusiastic and gave me quite low prices. As soon as Belvoir came out to me, they there SOOO enthusiastic and excited about the property, I nearly re bought it myself 😂 and I knew they were exactly who I wanted to go with! They gave me the highest selling price out of everyone who gave me an estimate and we even got offers over asking price! My dealings with Belvoir have been fab. I have been mostly dealing with Steff, who is like having a friend at the end of the phone I can call whenever! What I ever I ask of her, she does! She works so hard, and although we haven't reached the end just yet, I know she is doing everything she can to get us there!!
