We decided to put our house on the market and decided to book Belvoir for a valuation of our property. The agent, Leo Cooper, was certainly professional and warm welcoming. Being new to the process, Leo was able to give us an entire overview of the process and we instantly knew Belvoir would be the suited agent for us to sell our property. Within a day of signing up with them, we had professional photos took of our property by Leo (free of charge) and our house was listed before we knew it the same week. We gained a large influx of interest having 14 viewings within 24/48 hours on the first week of listing. Throughout the process Leo’s professionalism and work showed, always communicating with us and also helping research into properties we were thinking of moving to. He also worked early / later hours responding to messages / questions that I had which was great service albeit he didn’t have to! Leo was able to provide suitable contacts for an EPC reading at a reasonable cost. Although we decided not to proceed with the sale of our property, this was purely a client reason and nothing to do with the agency. Belvoir were super professional from start to end with a seamless cancellation without any hidden fees, strings or T&Cs. I would definitely recommend Belvoir as an agency to list your property with, as their knowledge and professionalism really shows just from one Agent within the Agency, let alone the rest of the The Belvoir Team. Great experience with Gloucester Belvoir agency. Anthony, Lucy and Georgia do an excellent job with efficiency and reactivity. When a repair is needed in the house or in your room, they contact the landlord and a handyman is sent to fix the issue. They also do a good follow up when you are in the checking process and do not hesitate to answer your questions as fast as they could. What I particularly appreciate is that I obtained a new mattress because I could feel the strings of the old one and Georgia brought me in person a new toaster as the old one was out of order. After a long sales process, we can finally take a deep breath and say that is over. Stef accompanied us from start to finish. From the evaluation of our flat, in which she took care to understand our goal with the sale and our intentions for the future. She and the Belvoir team worked to publish our flat in the best way. The communication was always efficient and clear between Stef and us during the visits period and she always took into account the fact that we have a 2year old. In the end, she got us the best possible offer. During the sale process, which unfortunately took longer than intended due to some setbacks, Stef always kept an open line of communication between all parties. It has made life easier for all of us and we feel that it has helped a lot to keep our stress levels lower. In the end, when the process was finally completed, we felt that the happiness wasn’t just ours. She was so happy for us too. We will be for ever grateful for Stef. Me & My partner went with Belvoir Gloucester after taking our leap and moving country, Lucy at Belvoir has always been on the end of the phone or an email if we have needed her, always keeping us up to date. Both friendly and professional - We were actually really sad to get the call to say the tenancy would be ending. It really does help to have a great relationship with your letting agency and the people in it. Everyone at Belvoir is just fab - Lucy always gave us full information and even helped us out at the end as we were completely stressed with the move she organised a professional carpet cleaner to come in and give it a good scrub which was a weight off to say the least. The entire Belvoir team have been brilliant with us - would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent. That includes Georgia, who was so helpful with any queries we had right from our first viewing to the move-in. She was very attentive on email so we were able to get answers very quickly. She's also been really pleasant and nice to deal with - which helps when you're moving into your first ever flat together with your girlfriend haha. I have been a tenant of Belvoir for 5 years. I have also been a tenant of 4 other letting agents over the last 14 years, I have nothing but angst for previous letting agents after failings and general misconduct during tenancy and at the completion of tenancy. I have found Belvoir to be refreshing and that Eliza in particular has been a breath of fresh air in her approach. If there is ever a fault or a need to get in touch Belvoir are always quick to act and has the interest of me as a tenant and my landlord which makes a change. I would 100% recommend Belvoir, I don’t really have any disadvantages of working with them, it is a difficult position for a letting agent to be the “middle men” but like I said working with others Belvoir without doubt come out top to the other main name letting agents in Gloucester I have worked with. With regards to their tenant fees they seem pretty average with the market so no complaints they do seem high for credit checks and so on but at the end of the day it’s how letting agents create an income stream so it’s understandable. All in all I’m happy that I’m a tenant, I have not departed the property but I have faith that they will not try to fleece me at this point based on the service I have received so far.

I have used Belvoir Gloucester as a Landlord for 10 years now and have always been pleased with the service they provide. I have 3 properties which Belvoir Gloucester manage and in the last 10 years, I have had no void periods which says a great deal for their marketing and tenant finding. They deal well with any property issues and have a range of trades on call that rectify issues quickly and at reasonable cost. The staff in the office are friendly and I have a good working relationship with Nicola and Elize. If you are a landlord, I would recommend giving them a try.
