GoogleStefanie was a very cheerful and helpful guide through the process and although we decided not to go through with the purchase in the end she was very good at informing us of what we needed to know and keeping us in the loop and chivvying everyone when needed.

GoogleStef was fantastic throughout the sale of our house. Always super quick to respond and keeping us updated with how the sale was going. Comparing her with the estate agent handling our purchase is night and day, Stef was also instrumental with ensuring the 'insert popular local estate agent name here' did their job, maybe she should train them? 😂 So glad we went with Belvoir, honestly don't go anywhere else!!

GoogleThe service from Belvoir was spot on from the original appraisal right through to the completion. Throughout the process both Anthony & Steph were helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. I cannot fault the service they provided whilst selling my property & wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. Steph was an absolute shining star, who added the personal touch with her friendly, enthusiastic and tenacious personality.

GoogleAwful awful awful!!! Lied all the time, mushrooms growing downstairs, leaking showers celling collapsed in kitchen, damp rising, smelly carpets, no contact apart from asking for rent, not with them more that's why I'm reviewing them, Lucy was the worst one, rude, rang up for advice an she ws rude so I ws rude back. Update : that's weird as I have photographic proof of actual paper work stating " we must leave end of April as landlord wants house back" an it was a bluff which one of my house mates fell for an left the poor bloke, he's Turkish an his English ain't great an that's discusting to do that, also belvoir done over 10 room checks in a Yr, it's not supported accommodation so that ain't right, not to mention no garder once ( I ws doing it) window cleaner once, they would check rooms but not sort out the problems I've stated an have proof of, an by the way this is the first bad review I've ever done on google

GoogleWe really like to give a special Thankyou to everyone at Belvoir Gloucester - Lucy, Georgia, Jake and Anthony for being so kind and helpful throughout our tenancy. This is our first experience with a letting agency in Gloucester and were really impressed with the their ways of organising maintenance, good communication and the lovely meet-ups during inspections 😊 . Though our Tenancy is now being passed to another letting agency, just want to say that We will really miss you and we hope our paths cross again in the future.

GoogleWe have trusted Belvoir to look after our rental property for the last few years and the experience has been first class - professional, courteous, extremely helpful and they genuinely care about their client's property / tenants needs. Georgia is always on hand to sort a problem or answer a query and her expertise has been greatly appreciated. When it came time to sell the property, we looked no further than using Belvoir and they did not disappoint. The communication has been excellent, we were kept informed at every stage of the process and Anthony went above and beyond to ensure we agreed a good sale price. From the pictures, to the viewings through to the final completion date we have been extremely happy with their service. We thoroughly recommend Belvoir for renting or selling a property and will definitely use them again in the future.

GoogleGeorgia has been very professional in all her dealings with us. She has fully supported us in the process of letting a property for the first time and has provided good liaison between ourselves and the tenants. She has always answered emails and questions in a most timely manner and has been punctual in any property meetings. GoogleI had a very good experience with Stefanie who followed me throughout the purchase of my flat. She is very kind and always approachable. She helped me with all my questions throughout the process and also afterwards. The only thing I wish for is that the figures on the brochure were a bit more accurate in regards to ground rent and service charge. However, I am thankful for how I was followed throughout the process and happy to own my own apartment :)

From the initial valuation and marketing, to accepting offers and completing, I found communications to be very good and responsive. GoogleWe just had a viewing at 90 Goose Bay Drive, Kingsway GL2 2EW and it was lovely. The Kitchen, living room, bedrooms and garden really stood out and I can see myself making some happy memories there. It's definitely one to consider. A slight drawback was that the garage was a bit of walk from the main house. I wanted to express my gratitude for the assistance of Stefanie during property viewing. It was a great experience and I appreciate her professionalism.

As we were more than satisfied we then used them to sell our house. Found it very useful that Steph and I communicated via WhatsApp a lot and I always received a response to any queries . GoogleMy dealings with Jake at Belvoir in Gloucester have always been very positive from the beginning. Jake showed me round my property and was very informative and helpful. The vetting process went really quickly and smoothly and Jake was proactive in letting me know my application was successful. He organised my moving in date and handover very professionally. Any queries I have with the office and Jake are always dealt with efficiently.
