The elephant team made the challenging process of selling much easier

The elephant team made the challenging emotional rollercoaster process of selling my daughter’s home so much easier. They always gave a helping hand, but were never pushy. There is a relaxed office environment so that we always felt welcome and ant ease. Elephant is, in my opinion, by far the best estate agent in Bristol. They are definitely friendly, approachable, and honest, and genuinely kind and caring.

I honestly cannot recommend Elephant enough. They really know their clients and managed to sell my house before it even hit the open market. This enabled me to secure the property I fell in love with. The support I received from Alex was amazing. He was my dedicated agent and dealt with me personally the whole way through. He was with me every step of the way, communicating effectively with me, the agent I was purchasing through, all other parties in the chain and the solicitors involved. There were hiccups along the way, as there always are, but he ironed these out quickly and took so much pressure off of me. He genuinely cares and looks after people. Signing up to Elephant was the best decision I could have made. I have friends trying to sell through other agents without success and without the same level of customer support. We wanted to give a special shout out and thanks to Ben Adams who helped us secure our first home in Bristol. He made us feel instantly at ease, he is down to earth and very knowledgeable. I'm not sure there are enough superlatives in the English language to describe Elephant - very professional and they certainly know how to sell houses. Dhani at the Bishopston office is an excellent communicator and demonstrated a high degree of diplomacy in handling all aspects of my sale, including helping me to sort the wheat from the chaff when deciding which to take of the six(!) offers received for the property. Having said that, all the staff I had contact with at the Bishopston office were very friendly and helpful. I can't recommend Elephant highly enough to anyone looking to sell their property.

We didn't choose Elephant to sell our property but wish we had. Elephant were our seller's agent, and their communication throughout the process was outstanding. Alec (and later Alex, who was handling another property in the chain) always responded to emails within minutes, and they were always friendly and helpful. They provided us with updates about the chain far more promptly and in more detail than our agent did, which meant that I found myself emailing Alec in preference to the agent I was actually paying, as I knew I'd get a quicker and more accurate answer - sorry Alec! I would definitely choose Elephant if I need to sell a property in future.

I highly rate elephant estate agent. We recently bought our first property with them and in our experience, they break the estate agent stereotype. Much more real and we had a really bad experience with our solicitor but they were always at the end of the phone if needed to provide reassurance and help the process go smoothly. Can’t rate Emily highly enough! They also gave us a bottle of Prosecco when we got the keys which was lush. 10/10 recommend them!

My boyfriend and I just bought our first flat through Elephant estate agency and they were absolutely fantastic! The process was a bit stressful for us mostly due to the fact that the bulk of our deposit was coming from my family overseas and we were worried about sellers being reluctant due to these circumstances. Alex Stock was so lovely, friendly and super efficient. He helped and supported us throughout the whole process, kept in touch with regular updates, always responded to phone calls and emails super fast and overall made things so much easier for us. He really went the extra mile: we bought some furniture and electrical devices from the owners and he helped us sort the purchase out, communicated with the owners when we needed information on the energy meters and readings for our providers and even reccommended an excellent solicitor who had experience in cases similar to ours. I really couldn't recommend Alex and his team more highly, i don't think we could have had a better first-buyer experience!

One word - 'superb'. Nick and his team were easy to work with when we decided to sell our home. While they were truly professional, the experience felt relaxed and informal, precisely what you need during such a significant experience. From the start and right through, we were given solid advice and thorough feedback from viewings. Each bid was meticulously vetted, mitigating potential non-starters and avoiding costly delays. Aside from the anticipated back-and-forth of the conveyancing process, reaching an agreed sale price was achieved at warp speed in just four days. The sale also went through very swiftly too. Hands down the best estate agents in Bristol. Elephant worked on our recent sale and purchase. They helped us to navigate challenging situations, making the process as stress-free and and as smooth as possible. All staff are hard working, extremely friendly and supportive, but the most noticeable feature is their genuine honesty. We viewed 20 houses in Bristol, and it was always a relief when we viewed with Elephant - properties were appropriately priced, the team were knowledgeable about the house, and any known property-related issues were transparently presented up-front. In terms of our sale, Alec guided us to an appropriate asking price, meaning we had plenty of quick viewings and offers on day 1.

We bought our first home through Elephant and subsequently sold it with them. We had several valuations but on meeting Ben from Elephant, we knew we could trust him with our home and he was very knowledgable about the area. He was a pleasure to work with throughout and so proactive in helping us chase the rest of the chain. We had a long chain and there were a lot of challenges during the 10 month period it took to complete but Ben kept on top of everything from the bottom of the chain all the way to the top. I don’t think we would have even achieved 10 months if it weren’t for his perseverance (I expect the chain could have fallen apart to be honest!). He genuinely cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to help. We always felt better about the situation after speaking with him and felt like there was a way forward, even in the most stressful times (there were more than a few). Thank you, Ben! :)

Myself and my partner had the pleasure of working with Oliver at Elephant Estate Agency. He showed us around the first ever house that we looked at, being first time buyers. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the house but Oliver stayed in touch and only a couple of weeks later, went out of his way to recommend another property that he knew we would love (it wasn’t even his property so not even sure he made commission on it).
