We recently sold and purchased a home with Ryder and Dutton. Ada as the Move Manager facilitated the correspondence between the buyers and sellers once the offer was accepted. She was incredibly attentive, had brilliant communication and we felt like we were always put first. We can’t recommend enough.

GoogleMichael Royal has been such a big help to myself & my partner. As we were first time buyers, we didn’t know where to start & Michael did everything he could to make the process as stress free as possible for us. He has been very prompt in replying to us via email, phone etc & made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. We didn’t always understand everything & he made us feel comfortable in asking him to repeat & explain things again. He has found us a good mortgage & I can honestly say we couldn’t have done this without his help & knowledge. I would definitely recommend Michael to anyone wishing to find a mortgage to suit them.

The Professionalism of all the staff starting with the Valuation and Presentation by Alice Rimmer right the way through to the staff dealing with organising viewings and the updates provided. (Zoe, Kirsten, Amber and Georgia). The thoroughness of all the information providided at the outset and throughout the whole process. Geraldine Marsden was extremely helpful and particularly Instrumental in helping to move things along quickly Totally happy with our choice of Estate Agent.

We have had a brilliant experience selling our property with Ryder and Dutton. In particular a huge shout out to Conor and Michaela for their hard work. They kept us in the loop at all times with where our sale was up to. All queries were responded to within a matter of hours and all calls are followed up with voicemails and emails which is ideal for me working in a job where I can't always access my phone. GoogleMichael Royle and Liz Thommason did a brillaint job sorting our mortgage. It was complicated to say the least and we found ourselves in a complicated chain. They both took the stress away and on top of that found us a mortgage deal we could not have have found ourselves. Massive thanks to you both and hugely recommend them both. GoogleIf I could give 6 stars I would. The service from the GLOSSOP team at Ryder and Dutton has been exceptional throughout the whole of the process. Our journey started with Damien who sold out last property. He was professional throughout with an honest valuation tailored to our needs of wanting a quick sale. True to his word delivered on his promise and sold our property within 1 week. Declan did all of our viewings in a timely and professional manor by giving us instant feedback on a regular basis. He constantly chases the viewers and goes above and beyond. Last but certainly not least Ryan too has been professional throughout his dealings with us and has helped progress the sale whilst dealing promptly with the challenges of buying and selling. Ryan is great at being able to manage expectations within the chain and always stayed one step ahead. Many people choose to take the route of going with a cheap and cheerful agent, however we truly believe that without our excellent agent Ryder and Dutton we would never have got into this position we did. GoogleI used Mick Royle and Liz Thomasson for my mortgage advice and application. Mick was recommended to me by Ryder and Dutton and has provided an outstanding service. Being a first time buyer, I wasn’t very knowledgable about the whole process but he explained every part of the process to me in way to was easy to understand. Liz provided me with constant updates on the whole application which was very useful and made me feel much more in control of the process. Mick went the extra mile to ensure the sale was completed and both Mick and Liz were available to answer my questions in a timely manner. Would highly recommend them and I will be definitely be using them again in the future for any financial/mortgage advice!! Thank you both for a great service and overall fantastic experience.

Whilst I wasn’t successful with the home I desperately wanted, Shannon was incredible. It’s a busy branch and can be difficult to get through and get clarity, but there was one shining star in the Ryder and Dutton team and that was Shannon. She was so responsive, clear, efficient and she really does understand the housing market. If you’re dealing with this branch, definitely work with Shannon.

Jade and Michaela from the Royton branch.. went above and beyond.. they kept me updated with everything that went on to the viewings and throughout the sale .. these Ladies was not only doing the job they were understanding and compassionate as the home that was sold was that of a love one and was my last connection to them .. We didn’t use Ryder and Dutton to sell our property but luckily for us the house we bought was marketed by the Glossop branch. If it hadn’t been for Ryan Jackson I don’t think the sale would have gone through until the end of jan/feb. Ryan kept all the parties in the chain updated and despite not being employed by us they were extremely helpful and polite. In fact we are still awaiting confirmation from our estate agents that the move was completed and we’re informed by Ryan and our solicitors. We don’t intend to move house again anytime soon but without a doubt we would use Ryder and Dutton in the future and would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of moving into or out of the Glossop area. A first class service.
