Alex and Leon made what is a stressful process, as easy as they could!! We had a switch over of agents as Alex was promoted (rightly so haha) and the transition was really smooth and Leon picked up and provided great service keeping in touch and replying quick (if only the solicitors were as good!!) I don’t plan on moving for a while but when I do, I’d definitely go back to Ryder and Dutton!

Ryder and Dutton have been the most helpful estate agents during our home move process. They weren’t the estate agent we hired for our sale but they were the agent for those we were buying from. Ryder & Dutton helped us through what was a really eventful sale. Geraldine was always on the ball and kept us up to date with the progress & the office team helped us out with issues that came up while we were abroad.I can't give five stars as there was a misprint in the property brochure at one point that caused some problems, but R&D were up front and honest about the mistake and quickly fixed it for us.Overall I would definitely recommend Ryder & Dutton.

Over the past year I have sold two houses with Ryder and Dutton. I have been more than delighted with the service I received from them.Initially I had contact with Alex Fitton the Manager of Ashton branch who produced the brochures for my properties. He was on the ball . He took an excellent set of photos and produced the details and photos wihin a day. His evaluation for the proposed asking price was also accurate.My first sale continued in the Ashton office where I dealt with Ashleigh whom I found to be pleasant and accomodating at all times. She went the extra mile to ensure a smooth sale in difficult circumstances. Georgia was also efficient and professional when I had to deal with her.I would have no hestitation therefore in recommending Ryder-Dutton to anyone looking for a professional efficient and competitively priced local agent.

Jade and Micaela from the Royton branch were so helpful, during the week we were due to move there was some complications and Jade was persistent with contacting my solicitor and ensured we met the completion date for all parties. Jade kept me up to date every step of the way throughout the process of my sale.

Just purchased our first home. At first there was too many people from Ryder and Dutton to communicate with, I think within the first week we spoke to 5 different agents around the purchase. Finally being given with Geraldine as the contact as our move manager who having one point of contact was great, Geraldine was easy to get hold of and it was a really easy process once she was involved. GoogleRyder & Dutton in Glossop were just great! We dealt with Ryan and his a professionalism guided us through what was not a straightforward purchase. He kept his colleague Declan up to date with progress so we even had a back up contact. He also kept us up to date on progress and managed to negotiate an acceptable price on our property. GoogleMick, Liz and the team at Ryder&Dutton were brilliant from start to finish. We wouldn't have been able to navigate the mortgage application process ourselves and so were saved the stress of dealing direct with the lender which in current conditions would have meant being on the phone for hours at a time. The advice on which lender to go with and what kind of mortgage to take was also spot on.
