After an extremely difficult and protracted home move, with nine properties in the chain, Ryan and the team could not have been more helpful and professional throughout, helping with every step of the way. For those contemplating using cheaper online estate agents...DON'T! With professional services, you get what you pay for and in Ryan's case he should have been paid more for the amount of time and care he put into our sale! Without Ryan's help we simply would not have completed in time for the June SDLT deadlines and the wider chain could have quite simply collapsed. Absolutely amazing service from Michael and his assistant Liz. We used a local R&D branch for the sale of our house and Michael Royle was recommended to us as mortgage broker. From day 1 he was extremely helpful and through our rocky road purchase (3 attempts to buy a house) we have not had to worry about the mortgage side of things, extremely responsive to all our queries and on the last occasion we had an offer accepted Tuesday, mortgage application submitted Wednesday, valuation Thursday and offer on Friday morning! But the work doesn’t stop once you’ve got a mortgage offer as Michael’s assistant Liz chased up regularly for updates from the solicitors and then updated us, and answered any queries we had extremely quickly in a very friendly manner. We have not had to worry about our side of things at all. Liz was an incredible help during our recent home purchase and I really don’t think we’d have made it without her hard work and dedication. When things got a little hairy when we were told our mortgage offer couldn’t be extended again Liz kept communication flowing between all parties involved and made sure our house was ready on time. I'm not sure any review of Ryder and Dutton and more specifically Ryan Jackson could do him justice. During the process of our purchase, Ryan was in constant contact and always easily accessible and responsive. Even though we weren't Ryan clients (which were the people we were purchasing from) I have genuinely never dealt with someone as; positive, friendly, knowledgable, professional and courteous as Ryan. Overall just a lovely person and it was a joy to have him involved Ryan kept us up to date through the whole process, and even when things went catastrophically wrong art the 11th hour Ryan was there to be reassuring and professional to get the purchase over the line in time. What made the whole process worth it, was that Ryan mentioned we could call him any time, with any questions. Being new to the area, we had a question about the property, not only was Ryan happy to hear from us, he gave us local knowledge of the area to solve our problem and even emailed us later in the day with a phone number for someone he uses personally and several links to websites to help us. I would highly recommend Ryder and Dutton in Glossop. Sold my house quickly and for a good price. The guys are very knowledgeable about their area (Glossop) and they did what they said they would. Ryan dealt with my sale and he was brilliant throughout even when the whole buying and selling process didn’t bring out the best in me. Ryan and Dec were exactly what we needed when buying a house for the first time. They were more than happy to answer every query we had throughout the process and we're incredibly diligent in following up on matters with Solicitors. Without them our purchase probably would have take much longer! They definitely went above and beyond. Spot on! Martin was excellent at valuing the property and explaining he didn’t go in for offers in the region of and offers around, which I really liked, very professional and arrived on time and didn’t pull the place to pieces unlike another agents nearby! From it going on the market the communication was excellent, always knew when there was a viewing and able to see feedback. Oliver was very good at calling us and once we had a buyer Emmy stepped in, she was always polite and friendly when in contact. They were always friendly when calling into the branch. All in all a very smooth transaction from beginning to end. I would recommend them and use them in the future. Thanks to you all for helping sell my property.
