Avoid this place at all cost. I placed and offer giving the asking price for a property, I called 3 times to ask for an update only to get a response "we will let you know once the seller decides". Today I got an email that my offer was rejected and no option to increase it. When I called to discuss, willing to increase my offer significantly, I was told that I should have increased my offer even if it hadn't been rejected. 41 years of life never heard that before, that's completely against the laws of "offer and acceptance".Also the advice I was given was to always offer my top offer straight away, ok that's another new for me. Next time I will offer 50% above asking price to entertain myself and waste peoples time.

GoogleRyan is an absolutely fantastic estate agent. When you buy or sell a house it all sounds so easy. However there are so many questions and bumps in the road where you really need an experienced professional you can trust. Ryan did the legwork in terms of chasing solicitors etc and knows exactly what should be happening at any given time - if it's not going to plan he will chase on your behalf. If we ever sell again we wouldn't dream of going to anyone else apart from Ryan at Ryder Dutton.
