GoogleAs a seller of a Dublin property for a ageing relative whilst based in the UK, could have been fraught will difficulties. However from the outset I was put at ease by both the confident and reassuring attitude shown, which continued throughout the sale process. Further, I was regularly kept informed of the “sale process” and built up a friendly albeit professional relationship with John,Nicola and Ross. All in all I couldn’t recommend Ray Cooke’s highly enough. Thank you Guys.

John helped to relieve a lot of the stress that comes with trying to purchase a property by giving us all the information we needed throughout the process, updating us regularly and accommodating us whenever we needed by answering questions we had. John was more than accommodating when we needed access to the property for any reason. Better name would be ray crook. Hours and hours wasted. Nobody will answer your emails and phone calls. How could a landlord not getting this? There are flats from may still vacant.

Looking to buy a property from ray Cooke didn’t want to sell my property with Ray Cooke was immediately taken from the listing and told the banks would not deal with two separate estate agents which is false but wouldn’t entertain me after this very very rude person we dealt with who was also the sales director for this company would not recommend this to anyone Ross McHugh was who we wore dealing with

GoogleFrom start to finish I couldn't recommend selling your house with Ray Cooke and especially John our estate agent. Not only did he help us with the sale but any questions we had about buying our new home he was always on the phone for us. He made the process less stressful and constantly reassured us when we hit the odd snag here and there. I wouldn't hesitate to use there services again in the future.
