I recently sold my property in Rathcoole, my agent Abby was top class, knowledgeable, informative and always at the end of the phone if l had any queries. The process was excellent and viewings were held on a set day which suited me perfectly. The communication between myself and the buyers through Abby was seamless. I am extremely happy with the service the Ray Cooke team provided and would recommend them to any future sellers.

GoogleJohn was very helpful and professional from the start to the end of our home buying and selling experience. He was always available when we text and was very responsive to any communications He went above and beyond what was required and achieved us a very favourable sale price on our property. He continually made contact with all parties to ensure there was no delays and moved the process along accordingly resulting in the purchase of our forever dream home . He kept in contact after the sale and remained available for any questions we had after moving in. I would not hesitate to recommend John to anyone who is thinking of selling their property.

Yes the housing market is a mess and your in the business of making money but would it kill you to have the decency to send a quick email explaining the situation to people. Got to the stage where we were supposedly picked to send our details to the landlord. Never heard another word despite texts and calls. Waiting for word but was completely ghosted. This is people's lives yous are playing with. A 30 second email to say we hadn't got the place would have been enough so we could move on from that one. Maggie O'Shea was our agent.

We bought a property through Ray Cooke had a good experience. They don't drag you through a lenghty bid process which had happened with other estate agents. It was a very productive meeting and we were very impressed with Conor's professionalism. John Sullivan was assigned as our sales negotiator. John was flawless in his approach and he successfully ensured that all aspects of the sale were dealt with in the most professional stress free manner possible. GoogleCannot say enough with regards to how much John helped us on our journey to purchasing our home. John was the first selling agent we met and turned out to be the last one too. From small tips on what questions to ask when its your first time looking around a house, to directing us to other properties to that might suit your budget. John was incredible the whole process and kept in contact with us throughout so we knew what was going on and provided access to the house to viewings when possible. Although we only met for a short time - John has now become a huge part of our lives with the successful closing of our house sale. I couldn't recommend him and his team enough.

Very straightforward estate agents to deal will. Fairly flexible and transparent. The agent we worked with Jamie was very responsive and accommodating. Would use Ray Cooke again when selling, they seem to be no nonsense when buying too. Other estate agents I interacted with were not as good.

GoogleReally happy with the service we got from Ray Cooke Auctioneers during the sale of our family home. From day one the advice was solid, and once things got going they handled everything for us, which took a lot of pressure off at what could have been a stressful time. They were always careful with the property after viewings and the WhatsApp group was a great way to keep everyone in the loop. We felt their fees and service were the best value out there. John Sullivan was excellent throughout, very approachable, professional and on top of everything. Thanks to John and the wider Ray Cooke team. Would happily recommend them.

His enthusiasm and impressive knowledge of the local area prompted us to entrust the sale to Ray Cooke. John Sullivan then took over the sale and marketing. He conducted numerous viewings and always updated us after each session. His friendly, calm, reassuring demeanour inspired confidence. He gave us excellent advice on how best to present the house which included putting us in touch with a top class photographer who did a superb job. He informed us, in a very timely manner, of the documentation we would need to provide, which facilitated a trouble free sale. We highly recommend John, Conor and all at Ray Cooke's.

I had the pleasure of dealing with John Sullivan in the Finglas office. His help was invaluable to me as I was selling my brother in law’s (deceased) house. Selling a home can be very stressful, but John was very reassuring, and answered all my queries immediately. He even sorted out a problem with the property while I was on holiday ! So, in conclusion, I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, from the very nice lady on the front desk and Conor Clarke to John Sullivan, all thoroughly professional people.
