GoogleI met John O’Sullivan from Ray Cooke auctioneer about a year ago and from the first day John was very helpful in every way possible. He put us contact with very professional people ie. Photographer, surveyor, helped to get compliance cert etc. etc. John is indeed a very professional and sincere person, he also excellent at is job as he sold our house in Dublin very quickly and with very little stress on us. Thank you John.

GoogleThe service I received from Ray Cooke during the process of selling our house was truly exceptional. My dealings were with John and he went above and beyond in the whole process. It can be a stressful time but thankfully we had none of that as John was always available whenever we needed to discuss anything with him. The service we received really was fantastic and we are grateful for that. If I’m selling again I’ll be sure to use Ray Cooke.

Scam Artists. This crowd of frauds are one of the reasons property prices are the way they are. Multiple fake bids to drive house prices up. Guide price is the same for every property and somehow every property I had bids on always had 4 other bidders that went up in 1k increments. If you see a house advertised by Ray Cooke do yourself a favour and avoid them because you will pay 10% higher than the actual value of the property minimum due to the fake bids they tell you about. Scum.

John made the process as seamless as he possibly could and made it an enjoyable experience from start to finish. He kept me updated and informed during the whole process. John couldn’t do enough for me and nothing was ever too much hassle for him. Eight years ago, I invested my pension fund in a property sourced by Ray Cooke Auctioneers at their Finglas office, who found suitable tenants and continued the management of the property during the following years. During that time, I always found the staff most helpful, especially in dealing with any problems as they arose and arranging for any ongoing repairs. When I decided to sell the property this year, they were effective in finding a positive buyer and following up on the selling process through its various stages. I would particularly commend James Bould, who was directly involved in seeing the sale through to completion. He was extremely attentive and kept in touch with regular updates on the progress of the sale. In summary, I never experienced any difficulties in relation to the property or in my dealings with Ray Cooke’s over the past eight years, all in all an excellent service.

ray crooke is a tone deaf and unsympathetic landlord, just put on this earth to make a quick buck at any cost. he and his agents barely use tactics that are barely within the law, and the entire business practice is to exacerbate the overheated rental market by falsely advertising room rentals as house rentals, shoving people into overpriced houseshares.
