Scam Artists. This crowd of frauds are one of the reasons property prices are the way they are. Multiple fake bids to drive house prices up. Guide price is the same for every property and somehow every property I had bids on always had 4 other bidders that went up in 1k increments. If you see a house advertised by Ray Cooke do yourself a favour and avoid them because you will pay 10% higher than the actual value of the property minimum due to the fake bids they tell you about. Scum.

GoogleI had the absolute pleasure of dealing with John Sullivan at the Mobhi Road office. John’s professionalism and expertise was second to none. John made the process as seamless as he possibly could and made it an enjoyable experience from start to finish. He kept me updated and informed during the whole process. John couldn’t do enough for me and nothing was ever too much hassle for him. John was quick to respond to any questions or enquiries I had and was always available no matter what time of day and went above and beyond to get the sale closed. I was absolutely thrilled with the service received by John and would highly recommend him to anyone going through this process.

I have stumbled upon several properties to rent from raycooke on daft, I have send enquiries for them, no response whatsoever. By reading experiences from other people here, I'm even not going to waste my time and trying to reach them by phone.

Eight years ago, I invested my pension fund in a property sourced by Ray Cooke Auctioneers at their Finglas office, who found suitable tenants and continued the management of the property during the following years. During that time, I always found the staff most helpful, especially in dealing with any problems as they arose and arranging for any ongoing repairs. When I decided to sell the property this year, they were effective in finding a positive buyer and following up on the selling process through its various stages. I would particularly commend James Bould, who was directly involved in seeing the sale through to completion. He was extremely attentive and kept in touch with regular updates on the progress of the sale. In summary, I never experienced any difficulties in relation to the property or in my dealings with Ray Cooke’s over the past eight years, all in all an excellent service.

John insisted on getting us the best price for our property which he achieved and more. John was always available to take our calls or respond to our WhatsApp messages. ray crooke is a tone deaf and unsympathetic landlord, just put on this earth to make a quick buck at any cost. he and his agents barely use tactics that are barely within the law, and the entire business practice is to exacerbate the overheated rental market by falsely advertising room rentals as house rentals, shoving people into overpriced houseshares.

GoogleAs a seller of a Dublin property for a ageing relative whilst based in the UK, could have been fraught will difficulties. However from the outset I was put at ease by both the confident and reassuring attitude shown, which continued throughout the sale process. Further, I was regularly kept informed of the “sale process” and built up a friendly albeit professional relationship with John,Nicola and Ross. John helped to relieve a lot of the stress that comes with trying to purchase a property by giving us all the information we needed throughout the process, updating us regularly and accommodating us whenever we needed by answering questions we had. John was more than accommodating when we needed access to the property for any reason. He worked above and beyond to get the sale across the line and was always very professional and pleasant to deal with. A big thanks to John and the Raycook team in the Glasnevin office!
