John also assisted us when selecting our solicitor and our surveyor, which is more than we expected from our auctioneer. I had a very disappointing experience with the realtor Enea Mimini. He sent me an email to schedule a viewing for an apartment, and when I arrived at the location, there were four other couples also waiting for him. After waiting for 10 minutes past the scheduled time, I called Enea to ask if he was on his way. He answered the phone in a very rude manner and claimed he had sent an email cancelling the viewing. This was simply not true, none of the people waiting there had received any cancellation email.
