GoogleWe are very happy with the service provided by John from Ray Cooke over the past few months. He assisted us with selling and buying a house. Got a good price for our old home and got the new one over the line. He was always available to take a call and and answer any queries we had. Communication was excellent and would definitely recommend Ray Cooke and John in particular for any auctioneering needs.

GoogleRecently sold our house through Ray Cooke after they were recommended by family. John Sullivan handled our sale and was brilliant through the whole process. Extremely professional and communication was second to none, we were never left in the dark wondering what was going on. The entire process was kept as easy as possible for us. I would recommend them to anybody, and if I ever move house will absolutely use their services again.

TrustpilotAbsolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company, you can call, email, apply via their website and nobody ever even cares to call you back. Same properties up for rent for months, no wonder we have housing crisis if this company doesnt even care to organise a viewing

GoogleWe recently rented our property with Ray Cook. We found both Jamie& James very professional and really went above and beyond to get us the right tenants for our home. They were always available 7 days a week if we had any questions and we always got a reply straight away. They were also very easy to deal with and explained everything clearly. We also found Ray Cook to be very good value. This is our first rental and we were understabley nervous but they soon put our minds at ease. We would have no hesitation in recommending Ray Cook.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI recently sold an apartment in the Swords area and I found John Sullivan in the Mobhi Road branch a pleasure to deal with. I was kept up to date throughout the process, received a price I was happy with and was confident throughout that a lot of hard work and effort was put into the sale. I would definitely recommend Mobhi Rd Ray Cooke branch if you're considering selling.

GoogleAs a landlord I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ray Cooke Auctioneers to let out a property. I found Declan & Jamie a pleasure to deal with, all you have to do is give them the keys, and they do the rest, it's all very seamless, in vetting potential tenants and transferring over utilities. They are very much on top of their game. I look forward to continuing working with Declan & Jamie in Ray Cooke Auctioneers for the foreseeable future.
