GoogleI can not speak highly enough of the estate agent John Sullivan who handled the sale of our property out of the mobhi road office. He provided exceptional customer service which was always done in such a profressional and friendly manner. This was the first time that i have been involved in selling a property and he made the entire process easy from start to finish. From the very professional advertisement he created for the property (video and online) to the ease of communication with him (via whatsapp) over the course of the sale, John handled everything very efficiently and quickly! Most impressively, when my property was vacated, i was notified that the house alarm was going off on a sunday night. I was unable to get to the property and asked John would he investigate when he was back at work on the monday - he went over that night (Sunday) in his own time to check instead of waiting till the following morning - he went above and beyond the call of duty to respond to our concerns.
