GoogleI contract cleaning services to Western Lettings and have found them a great company to work with. The job system is easy to understand and the staff are friendly and professional. Always on hand to answer any questions and no issues surrounding invoicing, payments etc………Hope to continue working alongside Western Lettings for the foreseeable future!

GoogleWe are a contractor carrying out repairs on behalf of western Lettings and we can honestly say they are amazing to work alongside. All of the staff are always pleasant and so helpful. Their properties are always well maintained and their tenants are always clear about why we are attending and what is needing done. We couldn’t pick out anyone individually for praise as they are all equally fantastic to deal with, which we have found is very rare for a business of their size. We carry out work for a lot of big letting agents throughout Scotland and western Lettings are one of the best to work alongside.

GoogleWestern Lettings was very helpful when I was searching for a flat, and were efficient in processing prospective tenants and applications. Lucy especially was incredibly patient and supportive with the process, and was a huge help in answering all my questions and providing prompt updates!

Googleas a tenant, they have been such a great letting agency. I’ve only been in my flat for 2 weeks and they have already done more for me than my last landlord did in 2 years. Super quick responses, super helpful, had one issue when i moved in and it was sorted within 48 hours no fuss. If your a student or professional looking to let in the west end absolutely look for western lettings

Google★★★★★ Special thanks to KIRSTY and SARAH!!! What an excellent service they've provided as our letting agent!! Their expertise, responsiveness, and professionalism have made our rental experience seamless and enjoyable. Their portal to report complaints works seamlessly, moreover they get it fixed promptly. House leaving process was also seamless, unlike other landlords/letting agents who put unnecessary charges/fees and try to steal your safe deposits, Western Lettings did not charge me for cleaning fees. However we left the house in well condition.

GoogleWestern Lettings have done an amazing job of letting my flat. I still can't believe that within three weeks of getting in touch, the flat was occupied. Every member of staff with whom I was in contact was so friendly, helpful and super efficient and every email or enquiry was dealt with straight away. In general I had a really good collaboration with this agency. Lauren was quite helpful and replied to my emails quickly. My only issue was the boiler, the replacement of which took more than expected. But overall I would recommend Western Lettings Agency

Whilst a replacement was required, your hot water was working so no alternative accomodation was arranged. We are are sorry we were not able to deal with this sooner for you, but our contractors will always complete as quickly as they can. Wishing you well in your new home.

GoogleI've been under the care of Western Lettings for 3+ years, before I moved on to my own house. The communications are always timely and they ensured that I am always on top of any areas that I have missed. Ultimately, I got my full deposit back and I was always sure that no matter what someone will be on the other side of a phoe call or a screen making sure that my living conditions are not deteriorating at any moment. However, one must trust and enable them to do their own thing (house visits) and use their own tools (fix flo portal) to help them deliver the good quality support I am rating them for! :D
