Many thanks for your feedback Mr Dhulasawant. Your review does not make clear what your concern is about the way your call was answered. We are always on the lookout for ways to improve, so I’d really appreciate it if you could spare a few minutes to discuss your experience with me. Just call our office and ask to speak with me (Jack). I guarantee that any shortcoming you highlight will be addressed immediately. We invest heavily in infrastructure and training to make sure calls are answered quickly and efficiently. We rarely fail to answer a call and we offer compensation to any client whose call goes to voicemail during business hours.
