My claim was handled at all stages with proficiency and attention. At no point did I have to wait long for replies to my enquiries and the final result was, if anything, better than I'd expected. My experience with watermans was satisfactory and feels i dealt professionally. Specially thank you for Johnny Richardson. I was given the right information through the start of the day. I was not over promised at the start that normally companies offer to get case. I got slightly better compensation compare to the market and would recommend if any of my friends ask.

Quick service from claim handler and even when I didn't have all relevant information they worked behind the scenes making sure I had every chance of a successful claim and in the end managed to reach a figure more than what I had expected. Really fast responses any time I had any questions or help.

11 months on from my claim and Still no pay out. They are charging a different rate from discussing at stat of the claim. They take weeks to reply to you and very rarely my claims handler answers her phone. Very poor service. Use Digby Brown I wish I had
