My experience with this solicitor during the purchase of my home was unfortunately below expectations. There were delays in the completion process, and there was an issue with how funds were returned to the mortgage lender. This caused some confusion and led to complications with my mortgage payments. While the transaction was eventually completed, the overall process was more stressful than it needed to be. Communication could have been more proactive and clear throughout.

Was involved in an accident and Watermans sorted out and supported all the way until I received my claim. Although I never received the proper compensation and was treated as if my injury wouldn't affect me any longer than 6 weeks. Physiotherapy was provided by whatsapp video call only which took over £1000 out of my claim. Medical expert came to the conclusion that I was fit to work with a back injury without even giving me a physical appointment. affects me to this day 2 years later. appealed it and got nowhere. Brilliant company

I can trully recommend this company if you need some help in a car accident. My boyfriend and I had a car accident on the roundabout which was hard to solve because the other driver who hit us did not admit to the accident claiming that we changed the line. Watermans took care about everything starting from the repair of our car but also we recived compensation for personal injuries. Everything was perfect. I will recommend them for sure to all my family members or friend in the future.

After I received a claim last year for a £1000 after going to their doctors and waiting 7months I had another claim a year later in which the third party offered me a £1000 right away without medical records watermans advise me not to take it but I decided to take it rather than wait another 7 months but when I received my check it was for £ 850 in which they said there was. A 15% oru ?? Which was never once mention to me it strange how I did not occur this oru??? With my first claim ? Just because I didn't go along with there system very disappointed client so beware of not being told this with your claims D Mccabe

Who supported myself more than I would ever have believed a company would deliver during this time. Overall would recommend but definitely room for improvement. Solicitor handling my case was polite and a pleasure to talk to. She was quick to answer phone calls or return them, however was hard to get a response from via email. She gave fantastic advice and evaluations on home reports, and when we ran into some troubles at the offer stages she was quick to act and rectify the situation. Completion day was slower than expected, as she awaited on the sellers side email response instead of calling. Would recommend overall as the overall experience was fluid and bumps were smoothed over relatively quickly and reasonably.
