One of the solicitors Alison handled my case brilliantly and certainly more than i could have asked for, i was pleased with her work as she couldn't have helped me anymore than she did. I would certainly recommend watermans as they were quick and helpful during my case.

Shocking service. Almost 2 months from start to finish to get minor damage on my car repaired after an accident that wasn't my fault. Terrible communication and coordination with the third party and I had to constantly chase the advisor for updates.

Ultimately I got my claim so all good. Albeit it did take 20 months. Not complaining about the time it took, just in case anyone expects a really quick turnaround with their claim, it might not quite happen like that.
