GoogleEven though i have confirmed my virtual viewing multiple times they ditched me and when i called them they told me to arrange another meeting now i have been ditched twice.
Hello Hasret, we're sorry we were unable to get you in for a viewing. The rental market is exceptionally busy at the moment and properties are being reserved in the first viewings, which means we have to cancel the later viewing slots. We trust you understand this is something out with our control.

GoogleIf you look at the good reviews they are all from landlords. So renters be warned! I found this property management company great when moving in. It was the moving out process that was a nightmare. They brought potential tenants to view the property without permission (or even asking me) despite me informing them clearly of unavailable dates and giving more than the required period of notice. To compensate illegally entering the property they offered me £50 compensation. The second time it happened and I complained they didn’t even contact me to apologize! Poor communication all round until I emailed the company director. They refunded deposit on the last possible day Renters if you have a choice between properties be wary of renting one managed by Tay Letting

GoogleSimply terrible. When we moved in, we were told that the house would be "professionally cleaned". Instead, there was dust everywhere and took pictures in case I eventually needed them. After a lot of complaining the gave me 25 pounds back for the trouble caused. Moving out was also a nightmare. I personally cleaned the house to a good level, way better than when I moved in, and they wanted to charge me 95 pounds for cleaning purposes. Luckily I also took pictures when I moved out to proof the apartment was cleaned, so they backed off and after a lot of fight they ended up refunding the full deposit. Very dark in the way the operate and always wanted to take advantage of the tenant. Do not rent with them!!
