They don’t even deserve one star. Absolutely shocking customer service, extremely unprofessional and in fact very rude. None of their staff seem to know what they’re doing, the maintenance guys will not fix anything and they will down right ignore phone calls. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Worst agency I ever dealt with If could I wouldn't even put a star on it . So unprofessional. Had a leak in a window and it never got fixed. The entire house was mould. Before moving out we got told to keep the house the way it was and surprise surprise they then charged me 240 pound to repaint the property. Good value for money, but limited impact.

Given I assumed that most people shop for homes on the internet rather than in the shop window, I was not prepared to waste money on a high street estate agent. RiteHome offered a cheap package which got me a home report and placed me on the main websites, and I was pleased with this. After a while, my home received no interest and I contacted them (by email) to review this. Nobody got back to me. After waiting, I decided to remove my listing and go elsewhere and after informing them of my intent, I was contacted by a representative who apologised for the oversight, and attempted to make amends. I decided to give them another go and from then on, found them to be more responsive. On the upside, the service is competitively priced and I was (at the second attempt) made to feel like a valued customer and offered good advice and mainstream listing which ultimately led to the sale of my flat. On the downside, I felt that I always had to chase them, and that nobody was monitoring my sale until I contacted them. The home report they provided was also inadequate for the people who purchased my flat and as part of the sale, I was forced to pay for a further valuation (the purchasers could not find a bank who would accept the valuation I received through RiteHome). Perhaps this is a case of getting what you pay for, however.

Went to view a property, nobody turned up and after waiting outside for 30 mins called the estate agents for them to say that they didnt have the correct keys and would have to reschedule the viewing. Would have been reasonable to let us know as soon as they realised they couldnt enter the property.

Outstanding price and service

Why pay hundreds of pounds in commission when you have to pay only a fixed upfront fee. Service was excellent in terms of taking pictures and creating the listing. You have to do your own viewings but who is better placed that you to explain the benefits and highlights of your property. Sold my flat within a few weeks of listing after being lister with a traditional high street agent for over a year.

Useless. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. We stay in the most disgusting flat they could of gave anyone, let alone two young adults. Contacting them is Mission Impossible 7, and they actually do not care about it. I’ve emailed them very serious concerns and they’ve replied with “blah blah blah inspection”, hoping we stay long enough to pay our next rent. crooks man. Avoid Ritehomes if you’re smart.

Don't waste your time on these time-wasters. We have been tenants with them for a year and had all sorts of problems - the main one seem to be communication. They would ignore your messages and calls and even if you get something repaired it would be done in the cheapest way possible by unskilled people. Terrible service, best to avoid.

Absolutely dreadful agency, would recommend any landlord to go elsewhere and avoid this negligent and unprofessional outfit at all costs. If there was a contest between letting agencies to see who the worst one was I'm sure Ritehome would win comfortably, i think i would struggle to find an agency worse than this mob. Totally useless and incompetent.

I have recently bought and sold a flat with RiteHome and I am happy to say that they made the whole experience stress free. They provided tradesmen to do those little jobs you need at the last minute to get your house on the market. They produced fabulous photos and presented the flat on the web within the week. They sold the property in 10 days.

Straight-forward, honest, no messing, affordable and contactable.

Its easy to say that I liked RiteHome for selling my house with the right first buyer and at the price I wanted. However, with house buying and selling there is always a need for direct contact with your agent and honest communications, it is a stressful time for all parties. I use Ritehome as a letting agent and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as they are highly efficient and the service provided is impeccable. You receive your rent on the same date every month which is just great as most other agents do not offer this service. Also as an investor the advice given is extremely helpful.
