We sold our home through Ritehome in less than a week! They are on all the major sites where potential buyers will visit in the first instance. No commission is taken from your sale, just an affordable up front fee. Ritehome were efficient and extremely professional. I will be recommending them and would certainly use them again.

GoogleThese guys don't do the rite thing... They let us a flat while the landlord had already ended his contact with them.
It is common for landlords to choose let only and we advertise and find a tenant but not manage the property; we are sorry if you have had poor experience but once you move in the landlord is the one to talk to.

GoogleWorst agency ever! Don't care about their tenants at all. Tried to cancel my contract a month in advance as they said but they said no. We ended up paying for flat that we were not even living in just to find out some people are already living there! Don't trust this agency

GoogleSo much for a professional letting agency with no emergency number to report repairs in case of emergency home rrpairs!
For repairs, maintenance and emergencies all you need to do is call the office number and select option 3. Out of hours this is automatically transferred to a contractor who had a busy weekend dealing with burst pipes and broken boilers due to the recent poor weather!

Our experience with RiteHome has been a shambles from the beginning. There have been an ongoing list of minor incidents, however for the sake of brevity I have edited this review down to the ones that I think best show their attitude as a letting agency.

Shocking, disgrace of a company. Formerly Personal Lettings, I can only assume the name change of the business is as a result of an alleged investigation by trading standards mentioned in the only review of the old business I can find (which I can absolutely believe given my experience).
