The gentleman was very professional, explained the process and answered the questions we had. The report was taken over a bank holiday weekend and he advised that it may take an extra day or so to get it but when the situation changed at our end, he was flexible and got the report to us quicker. Your surveyor(Gary) was precise, detailed, and extremely observant and thorough. I consider his appraisal to be fair and accurate. His complete survey of all elements of an EPC were covered .. A quick response from the initial call, but once the home report was completed, I had chase up the draft report and again once it had been signed off it took days to receive the final report, again having to phone to chase it up.
