GooglePoor communication. Been chasing them for months and don't even have a voicemail to leave a message that way. No response from my last couple of emails over the last couple of months about an urgent issue. Don't recommend.

Very poor communication. I called and emailed them and they keep saying they will pass me on the the "relevent person" which never happens. One persons answer phone is still on after the date is passed.Todate and for over a week nothing.

GoogleI don't think I have came across a worse agency than this. No response to many enquiries made about different properties and it is virtually impossible to get ahold of them. Worst service ever.

GoogleMy partner and I were looking for a new flat and DJ Alexander could not be more helpful. Many of the services were automated and online meaning that when we did need access to information it was readily available. If we did have more questions, and there was a lot, our contact Laura Mc was extremely responsive and friendly, often picking up the phone within minutes of me sending an email and remaining professional and friendly throughout. This is so much better than the agents I've dealt with in the past who takes hours or even days to respond. GoogleCannot recommend with respect to end of tenancy issues. Just be prepared to set aside £250 for their own cleaning company to come in after you've left because that's what they will charge you regardless of how clean a condition you return the property in.

No one will help me. Ive also been trying to contact them for around 4 weeks now and I have had 0 replies. Countless properties I have tried enquiring about through emails, Ive called many times only to be put on hold for 30 mins with no answer. I have left voicemails and no calls back. I dont know how anyone is supposed to get in contact with them, I see an ad for a flat that I like and its always this company...I know now to avoid reaching out because it will be a waste of my time. Absoloutely ridiculous and so disheartening. Either get more staff or have the ones that work there already do their jobs properly.
