My journey with DJ Alexander started when I attended a viewing with Ryan and I found that the place was a bit small for me. Ryan promised to get me something that will suit my specifications and truly he did. RYAN, thank you for being nice, professional and amazing. He followed me up and booked another viewing for me with Kieran, who turned out to be another great and exceptional person. Kieran started the application process and YASS the application Advisor took over. Gill Robertson Cree!!!!! I’m screaming your name here. Thank you for being kind, patient, friendly and efficient. Here, we were lucky to have the most amazingly kind, patient and understanding Application Adviser in Gill Robertson-Cree. I cannot over-emphasize how extremely respectful and calm she was trying to help get our application over the line as we struggled with certain aspects of it. They are letting mafia. They will call everybody at the same time for viewing and it would be an auction. Everybody will try to befriend them and bid for paying more rent and hence more favor to them. On the face they will tell us that we forward all applications to the landlord and the landlord will select the tenant. But there is no transparency that they will send the application to the owner. I have viewed six properties with them, I have a full-time job and I didn't get any property as I haven't pitched for paying more rent.

I recently moved house with DJ Alexander, taking up the rent of a new property. The entire experience from start to finish was fantastic. I was guided throughout the whole process and supported every step of the way. Laura Mctaggart, our application advisor, was always there by phone or email whenever I needed help or to ask a question. She does the utmost to help tenants, and is supportive throughout the entire experience, from beginning to end. I cannot recommend DJ Alexander, or Laura, enough!!

They provided me with a disgracefully inaccurate move in report - especially regarding cleanliness. Then tried to get me to sign a document which said I would pay to get the property professionally cleaned (which was unlawful at the time).On move out attempted to charge me for things which I had brought to their attention on move in. Written and photographic evidence was clearly marked by myself on the move in report but they still ‘tried their luck’. They do not care about the tenant and only show loyalty to the landlord.

I would like to express my gratitude for Ms Galina Webster's help and support helping us to rent a flat in Edinburgh. We really are grateful for everything she did for us when we met her first time in Oct 2023. And finally we can move into the new home in March 2024.She is kind to tell us all information regarding the renting procedure in UK that make us impressed. We have recently marketed and rented a property through DJ Alexander Glasgow.Their service has been excellent and they helped with the process of liaising with the new tenants when the CH failed just before the moving in date. Their marketing of the property has been professional and myself and my wife feel that they listened to us throughout this process. I feel that this has been helped by having a Paige as my client contact keeping me informed all the way. Conor who was our initial new business manager led us through the service and has been a listening ear whenever we had any questions. We live remotely from the flat so having some approachable and easily contactable has been important.
